Biography
Jon is a lawyer and consultant. He is the founder of Matrix Law P.C. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2001. He is a Solicitor on the Roll in England and Wales since 2008.
He has professional experience with traditional finance and fintech with investment firms, global investment banks, commercial banks, central banks, ratings agencies, and many other clients. He has been involved in more than $350B in financing arrangements. Also, he has been counsel and and as an expert in contentious matters in federal and provincial courts and before administrative tribunals for firms and individuals valued at over $5B.
