Biography

Jon is a lawyer and consultant. He is the founder of Matrix Law.  He has professional experience with traditional finance and fintech with investment firms, global investment banks, commercial banks, central banks, ratings agencies, and many other clients.  He has been involved in more than $100B in financing arrangements.  Also, he has been counsel and and acted as an expert in contentious matters at all levels of court in Canada.
