Biography

Jon is the founder of Matrix Law.  He has broad professional experience with traditional finance and fintech with investment firms, global investment banks, commercial banks, central banks, ratings agencies, regulators and many other clients.  He has been involved in more than $300B in financing arrangements.  Also, he has also acted as legal counsel at all levels of trial and appellate courts in Ontario, Canada, including interventions and appeals to the Supreme Court of Canada.
